At Action for Women, we've spent a decade addressing one of the most urgent human rights issues of our time: the safety, dignity, and recovery of women fleeing conflict and gender-based violence. Our work is serious, but the way we engage communities, businesses, and supporters doesn't always have to be heavy.

So this April, we're throwing a comedy night. We believe that moments of joy, connection, and yes, laughter, can open hearts just as powerfully as statistics ever could - and it turns out you can stand up for women sitting down.

We're inviting you to stand up for women in the most enjoyable way possible: An evening of stand-up comedy with Ahmet Bilge. 

And no one makes Switzerland laugh quite like Ahmet Bilge, a comedian who has spent years lovingly roasting the country. He's got a lot of feelings about living here: the prices, the bureaucracy. The inexplicable cost of a cup of coffee.

Come join us for an evening of laughing for a good cause.  

Every ticket goes directly to the women and girls we support, which, in a city where CHF 45 barely covers dinner, it feels like a pretty good deal.
